BEFORE ENTERING THE PLATFORM, IT IS NECESSARY TO CAREFULLY READ THE WARNING ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DATA COLLECTION!

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Distributor IICA-ESG acknowledges that ownership of the Exponential Education name and all signs that distinguish the Exponential Education Training Services belong and shall continue to belong to Exponential Learning Sl who shall at all times retain ownership of intellectual property rights of the Exponential Education Platform and of the Exponential Education Training Services – ESG program.  The Distributor IICA-ESG acknowledge that the ownership of the Exponential Education Platform and/or the Exponential Educational Services, as well as the trademarks and each of its component, elements, its updates, source code, new versions, technical and/or operational processes, as well as materials in printed, electronic or digital format, all accompanying audio-visual resources, and their corresponding updates and any copies thereof, are part of the intellectual property of Exponential Learning Sl.. Such ownership shall include but not limited to technical information, educational and scientific information, financial, legal and commercial information, business models and strategies, know-how, trade secrets, inventions, potential clients and partners, projects under consideration, plans, prototypes, models, data, analyses, correspondence, records, proposals, forecasts and market data, any development, studies, obtained inducted or produced as result of the use of the Exponential Platform and /or the Exponential Educational Services, along with reports and working papers, compilations, comparisons and studies.

THEREFORE, DOWNLOADING,RECORDING, COPYING, PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE EDUCATION OR ANY PART OF IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, BECAUSE IT IS SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION!

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The IICA-ESG distributor confirms that  Exponential Learning Sl has access to personal data included in files/archives owned by the Distributor, hereinafter the “Data”, the provisions of the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and the European General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, EU Regulation 2016/679, shall apply. In this regard, the distributor  IICA-ESG and Exponential Learning Sl is obliged to treat the Data with absolute confidentiality and in accordance with the instructions received from the Distributor. Exponential Learning Sl and the Distributor shall adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of the Data to which it has access in order to avoid its alteration, loss or unauthorized access or processing by third parties in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time.

☒ I agree that IICA-ESG and Exponential Learning SI. collect and use my data for the purpose of accessing the educational platform and the Register of participants of the education maintained by IICA-ESG.
