Dubravka Jusić was part of the core team that launched Vipnet in 1998 and thus laid the foundations of one of the most successful telecom companies in Croatia. During her 20-year-long career, she was the Head of Corporate Communications at Vipnet in Croatia, Head of Corporate Communications of mobilkom Austria group in Vienna during rapid expansion to other markets in Europe, the Director of Internal Communication at A1 Telekom Austria, and Director of International Internal Communications for Telekom Austria Group in Vienna, Austria for 8 markets – Croatia, Austria, Slovenia, Lichtenstein, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Belarus.

In the period 2007-2015, Dubravka served as the President of the Croatian Association for Public Relations (HUOJ). She was also the President of the Supervisory Board in two terms.

From 2010 to 2015 she was the regional director of EACD (European Association of Communication Directors) for Croatia, with headquarters in Brussels. At that time, she was also a member of the Advisory Council at Vern University and Edward Bernays’s first High School of Communication Management in Croatia.

During 2015-2017 Dubravka served as the VP of the program, and a member of the Executive Board of IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) in San Francisco, California.

With the introduction of Extraordinary Administration at Agrokor in 2017, Dubravka becomes the Executive Director Marketing at Agrokor Group as well as the member of Supervisory Boards at Konzum, Jamnica, Tisak, and Superkartica.

When in 2018 Fortenova Group was established, Dubravka continues her career as an Executive Director Marketing at Fortenova group for all markets and remains in the position until the end of 2020.

Together with her teams, she won numerous national and international awards for strategic communications, marketing campaigns, internal communications, employee engagement, brand positioning, and corporate social responsibility.
